Under EU consumer law, risk of loss transfers to you when you receive the goods.
7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

However, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or clearly personalized.
Since all our products are produced specifically after purchase, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
