Returns
All of our products are made to order. This means each item is produced especially for you once your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If the issue is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Do not send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you normally have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
However, under EU consumer protection law, this right does not apply to goods that are made to order or personalized.
Since all our products are made specifically for you after purchase, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply unless the item is defective.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
